So today the Last of Us Remastered comes out, and I couldn’t be more excited, especially after the stellar review by Colin Moriarty ( Which you can read here) on IGN. Within a few weeks i will be streaming the game to show different it looks on PS4. For the release of the game this week, Naughty Dog invited voice actors Troy Baker (Joel), Ashely Johnson (Ellie), Merle Dandrige (Marlene), Hanna Hayes (Sarah) and Annie Wersching (Tess) to perform a live reading for select scenes of the game. Their performances were streamed via Twitch, and among them was a exclusive secret ending of the game. You can watch the whole performance down below, but to see the secret scene, jump head to 30:26 in the video. Let me know what you think.
This is the first look the Batmobile for Batman:Arkham Knight. I know, I know, it’s bittersweet news that the game has officially been pushed back until 2015, I do believe that the guaranteed crazy response from fans watching gameplay at this year’s E3, can motive Rocksteady to release the game this year. Here’s to keeping our fingers crossed.
IGN and Game Trailer’s game of the year – The Last of Us, is finally getting its well deserved DLC content. Left Behind will follow Ellie years before she meets Joel. Ellie will be in a quarantine boarding school with her mentor of sorts, a new character, Riley. If you recall within the game, Ellie refers to her once or twice. From the information gathered so far from various sources, the DLC should be available for download on Valentine’s day and will be $14.99.
One of my favorite Batman Villains, Mr. Freeze, is getting his own DLC story line for Batman: Arkham Origins. It will be based on legendary Comic book writer/Storyboard writer Paul Dini’s splendid work on Batman: The Animated Series. Dini’s reinterpretation of the character, changed him from a two bit criminal named Joe Chill to a multi dimensional man that had the only love taken from him in a tragic turn of events. Dini made the character relatable and empathic, he made the character’s powers reflect his emotional turmoil.
There has been news that Capcom is once again releasing a various of the iconic Street Fighter IV game (I know another one!). While there are couple of new fighters and arenas, Ultra Street Fighter will take an approach to fix the technical gaps of each character’s individual command lists. As for example, Ryu’s combo chain of a medium kick into a Haduken will be easier to pull off. And Sagat’s second hit of the Standing Light Kick is able to be special cancelled. Each character will become more balanced to have a better gameplay experience. So if you want to try it yourself to feel the difference, the game will be available early June 2014, good news is that if you own Super Street Fighter IV or Super Street Fighter IV : Arcade Edition, you can upgrade for just $14.99. Sorry owners of the PC version, you will have to wait another two months for it to drop in August. As an apology for making you guys wait, Capcom will offer them a full version of the game, including the all the costumes, for just $29.99. So it kinda works out, right? The full version of the game on disc will also be out in August.
I have been waiting to put this post up, not only does this video show her fighting ability, it also gives a brief origin story. I can’t wait to play as her, she looks filthy
